YogaRabble Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights. YogaRabble is a software platform connecting yoga studios and students. We do not process payments or store payment-card information.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email, phone (optional).

Usage information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time/date of access.

Content: listings, images, descriptions submitted by studios; profile and enrollment information submitted by students.

We do NOT collect or store payment-card data. All payments are handled directly by studios.

2. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember login status, and collect basic analytics. By using YogaRabble, you consent to this cookie provision. You may disable them in your browser, but functionality may be affected.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and operate YogaRabble; connect students and studios; send service updates and confirmations; improve performance; and maintain security and prevent fraud.

4. Communications

We may send enrollment confirmations, service notifications, and important updates. We do not spam. You may opt out of non-essential communications.

5. Information Sharing

We may share information: with a studio when you connect with or enroll through them; with service providers (hosting, analytics); and when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your information is stored on secure servers. We take reasonable measures to protect it but cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law.

7. Your Rights

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from the service.

10. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

11. European Users (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation applies to our processing of your personal data.

Controller: Busy Builders LLC is the data controller for data we process to operate the Service.

Legal bases: we process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), with your consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies/marketing), and to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.

International transfers: because we operate in the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
